Job Description

In this position you will.... 

    Be responsible to deliver their sales and achieve revenue targets.
    Build strong relationships with our partner through proactive management and communication.  This will include communicating sales targets, performance against targets and supporting partners sales team to meet and exceed targets.
    Identify opportunities to exceed revenue targets and strengthen partner relationships

You will be responsible for… 

    Assist in achieving annual retail sales targets and generating sales revenue for the company.
    Building positive customer relationship with the customer's key stakeholders to penetrate key accounts through solid understanding business drivers.
    Managing customer requirements, needs, issues to ensure a smooth customer journey
    Assist in developing and implementing business solutions, monitoring project progress, and ensuring timely delivery under supervision.
    Provide administrative and coordination support for new project management and implementation tasks as directed.
    Monitor and report on subscription statuses and customer base metrics daily, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
    Act as a support liaison with internal teams such as Finance, Legal, Logistics, and Operations to ensure smooth collaboration on customer needs.
    Building strong relationships with partner frontline sales team and equip them with the product knowledge, sales skills and motivation to achieve sales targets
    Delivering training and coaching on the product and sales skills to Retail sales staff. This will be delivered remotely and face to face
    Review & analysis of the market situation and report to senior management periodically
    Ensuring all services are operating in line with the vision and values of partners and bolttech.
    Maintaining respect, a positive attitude and professionalism in all actions
    Demonstrating understanding, openness and commitment to a common goal
    Initiating, embracing, driving and managing positive change

You will require the following qualifications and skills  

    3 years of experience in sales, key account management & sales training
    Good verbal and written communication in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
    Experience in developing and delivering coaching and training to sales teams
    Deep knowledge of retail sales environment and experience in managing teams to deliver targets
    “Can Do” attitude to take up challenges
    Highly motivated, pro-active and organized self-starter with ability to work independently is essential. Ability to plan, prioritize & meet deadlines.
    Quick learner, highly adaptable with ability to learn new products and services.
    A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    Digital native with strong skills in using Microsoft office work, excel, ppt and digital communication platforms such as Teams, Zoom
