What you’ll be doing?
- Responsible for establishing business cooperation with key chain clients, utilizing various resources to achieve business goals.
- Develop feasible market expansion plans and marketing strategies, implement them effectively, and continually increase market share.
- Maintain excellent cooperative relationships with key chain clients, address issues arising from collaborations, and deeply understand and identify client needs through data analysis.
- By serving top-tier key merchant clients, organize service processes, tools, content, and data models to continuously deliver client value.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of collaborations to ensure smooth execution of partnership projects. Conduct monthly/quarterly reviews with clients, and promote the platform's strengths along with various types of promotional activities.
- Proactively coordinate inter-departmental cooperation and organize communication and collaboration across departments.
- Achieve quarterly and annual goals for major clients.
Who are we looking for?
- Higher diploma or above in Business or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in key account business development or operations, preferably gained from F&B, FMCG, Advertising, or other related industries.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to proactively identify customer needs and create cooperative opportunities.
- Excellent communication and expression skills, active thinking, personal planning, and self-motivation capabilities.
- Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing, especially in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

【崗位描述】
- 負責建立與連鎖大客戶的商務合作,挖掘各種資源推動實現業務目標;
- 製訂可行的市場拓展計畫與行銷策略,並推動落實,不斷提高市場佔有率;
- 維護連鎖大客戶的良好合作關係,解決與大客戶合作中存在的問題,透過資料分析及全方位深入了解、挖掘客戶需求;
- 服務重點商家客戶,整理服務流程,服務工具,服務內容,資料模型,不斷實現客戶價值;
- 合作效果的追蹤與分析,確保合作專案順利執行,每月/季度與客戶溝通回顧,並同步平台優勢以及推薦各類活動形式;
- 主動協調部門之間的合作,組織跨部門間的溝通與配合;
- 完成季度和年度大客戶目標。
【崗位要求】:
- 商科或相關學科高級文憑以上學歷;
- 3年以上大客戶商務拓展經驗或營運經驗,有酒店、商場、餐飲、KTV會所、酒吧、景區、醫院、展館,連鎖店大客戶銷售經驗優先;
- 具備優秀的資料分析功底,能積極主動挖掘顧客需求,創造合作機會;
- 優秀的溝通表達能力,思維活躍,有個人規劃及與自我驅動能力;
- 掌握良好的粵語、英語及國語的口語及書寫能力;
- 精通MS Office和中文文字處理,尤其是MS Excel和MS PowerPoint。
