Job Description

Job Description:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing support
  • Oversee daily operations for client accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping in systems
  • Liaise with external customers and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations
  • Prepare client billing and generate relevant reports
  • Perform ad-hoc support if required


Requirements:

  • HKCEE/HKDSE or above
  • 1-year of relevant experience in forwarder / logistics industry for a multinational company is preferred; Fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Strong communication skills, presentable, and able to work effectively under pressure
  • Strong numerical sense, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
