Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized guidance to students throughout the entire university application process, helping them identify suitable academic programs and navigate requirements.
• Accurately fill out and manage submissions within various university application systems.
• Guide and support students with the preparation of their visa applications and Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS).
• Assist students in preparing, reviewing, and submitting all necessary university application documents.
• Reply promptly to messages and inquiries from students and parents.
• Schedule meetings with parents and students.
• Communicate effectively with university admissions staff to resolve queries and facilitate the application process.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress and all application documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
• Degree holder or above is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex procedures clearly.
• Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Polite, patient, responsible, and open-minded.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Candidate with 2-3 years experience in educational consulting, university admissions, or a related field is highly preferred as Senior Education Consultant.
