Junior Sales Executive / Assistant Merchandiser

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with overseas customers in order confirmation and handle their daily enquiries
• Ensure accurate and on-time production orders, order status reports and delivery time schedule, etc
• Handle samples development and send out sample shipment on time
• Follow up the whole merchandising process from product development until production
• Prepare product related documents and reports
• Communicate with or travel to China factories if required
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required
   

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in any discipline
• 1-2 years merchandising or trading working experience
• Experience in handling USA and Europe markets is an advantage
• Knowledge in home decoration items, silk floral or seasonal products is an advantage
• Good communciation skills, well-organized, self-motivated, flexible and able to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially in Excel & PPT) and Outlook
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Fresh graduates are welcome, less experience will be considered as Assistant Merchandiser
