Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support on PC hardware, software & network to branch
* Perform installation, configuration, maintenance on hardware and software
* Ensure that escalated technical problems are prioritized and follow-up actions to fault cases are completed in a timely manner
* Field work is required
Job Requirements:
* Diploma or above in Information Technology related discipline or equivalent
* 1 year’s working experience in technical support role
* Knowledge in supporting PC/ LAN/ WAN
* Knowledge in basic networking - (Configure IP, Gateway)
* Good communication skills, hard-working and able to work independently
* Immediate available is highly preferred
* Fresh graduate will also be considered
