Junior IT Infra (Service Engineer)

1.     Support HK medical service team to cover the service contracts, installation base, and acheive the hard and soft targets be set by Draeger.

2. Support medical IT projects in HK, pre- and after sales service and implementation.

IT job

−      Worked in an enterprise IT environment

−      Knowledge of enterprise policies/procedures

−      Microsoft SQL Database administration (incl. maintenance, backup, troubleshooting)

−      Report development using SQL Reporting Services and Visual Studio

−      Systems administration of Windows servers 2020 or above (incl. maintenance, backup and troubleshooting)

−      In depth knowledge of Windows operating systems

−      IT security

−      Designed, deployed & supported enterprise wide networks (wired and wireless)

−      Exposure to ITIL

−      Virtual Server environments (VMWare ESX)

−      HL7 (Javascript or other knowledge to transform HL7 message is an advantage)

Installation & Training

-      Perform warranty and installation independently

-      Provide usage of technical training on maintenance to customers on customization basis if required, and discuss technical communication as when appropriate

Maintenance

-      Perform paid job repair to customer

-      Implement corrective repairs, and identify/feedback unexposed quality problems if any via dedicated system to Global as appropriate

-      Execute technical corrective actions

-      Tracks installed base accuracy & variances

-      Lead to address tough technical case if any

-      Provide support to sales for replacement / special sales programs, exhibition

Stakeholder management

-      Maintain a close relationship with existing customer

-      Address customer’s complain skillfully and provide an efficient solution

-      Lead to address tough customer complain if any

Contract Management

-      Support management to renew service contract in his territory

-      Identify new business opportunity and inform management for developing new service contract

Others

-      Follow company process for parts management and book daily work in related system

*Position Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computing or information technology or equivalent

-         Microsoft Certified (MCSE, MCSA – MCP minimum)

-         Cisco certified (CCNA, CCNP)

-         Minimum 1-3 years’ experience as in-house engineer or field technician in medical device industry.

-         Familiar with MS Office

-         English skills in written, oral and read

-         Knowledge of company products
