GENERAL DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Junior Customer Service Officerto join our CS team for daily tasks and projects. You will support project execution and deliver customer excellence to our international sales teams and airline clients. The right candidate must be detail oriented, organized, responsible and proactive in nature to participate in a young and energetic team.

ESSENTIAL JOB DESCRIPTION
The role needs to play a pivotal role in supporting the end-to-end execution of customer projects and tenders. This includes managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders. The role is essential in driving project speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate new projects and tenders from approval through to handover to CS&O, ensuring timely and accurate execution
- Lead project kick-off preparation, minute-taking, task follow-up, and escalation handling
- Maintain comprehensive project files and manage task tracking tools
- Facilitate regular interdepartmental communication to ensure alignment and transparency
- Support tender preparation and submission, including simulations, calculations, and alignment with Sales Team
- Support seniors to monitor project KPIs such as speed, success rate, and customer satisfaction
- Provide assistance to seniors based on resource planning and prioritization per project complexity and team capacity
- Provide back-up support to CS&O during peak periods as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Fresh graduates with Degree preferably in Project Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related disciplines
- Internship / Part-time working experience in Merchandising, or Sales Support within international trading environments
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A confident and outgoing personality with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- A proactive learner with a strong sense of responsibility
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with good organisational and time management abilities
- Detail-oriented and solution-focused, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Excellent command of written and spoken English & Cantonese is essential
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
