Junior customer service (Japanese speaking)

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up purchase orders
  • Liaise with supplier on delivery schedule
  • Coordinate with Suppliers, Forwarders, Warehouse, and Internal Departments on delivery arrangements to ensure smooth operations
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Fresh Grad or High-Diploma or Relevant Academic
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience / Electronic field is preference
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good command of both written and spoken Japanese, English and Mandarin
  • Immediate available is preferred
