The Junior Corporate Administrator’s responsibilities include:
· entity formation, management and administration of companies in jurisdictions including but not limited to Hong Kong, Cayman Island and British Virgin Islands (or any one of these)
· organising the maintenance of documentation and filing requirements
· filing and administration, including data entry and maintenance in the entity management software
· liaising with the compliance department regarding AML and KYC
· assistance with routine annual projects such as Economic Substance and Annual Financial Returns
· assistance with other obligations for various jurisdictions including Annual Declarations and Returns
· assistance with invoicing for company formation and maintenance
· keeping apprised of changing legislation and guidance notes in multiple jurisdictions
· carrying out the instructions of management
Skills and attributes
· no experience required but would be an advantage – training is provided and ongoing
· reasonable proficient with Microsoft applications and data management
· English and Chinese, Mandarin is a benefit but not a requirement
· strong communication and organisational skills
· responsible and self-reliant, taking ownership of tasks assigned
· able to work well in a team and open environment
· able to work well under pressure
