Jewellery - Operations Manager

A hip hop jewellery trading company creating custom pieces since 2019 and we strive to achieve the ultimate in craftsmanship with every design.

We have our own factory, concentrate on technology research, and make the company continuously improve and progress through teamwork, communication and coordination. It makes us honour to serve the world's top brands, stars and artists.

We’re now looking for a high calibre applicant to fill the following position.
 

To join EAZY: 

-Do you have minimum 10 years or above relevant working experience in diamond materials?
-Do you have resourceful, capabilities, exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills?
-Do you have self-motivated, well-organized?
-Do you have good command of written and spoken Chinese and English?
-Do you willing to learn and with a CAN-DO attitude?
-Do you experience in system implementation/change?
-Do you have a team spirit?

Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement production plans to ensure smooth production processes
-Oversee product quality to ensure compliance with company standards
-Effectively manage human and material resources to enhance production efficiency
-Analyze production processes to identify improvement and optimization opportunities
-Lead and train the production team to foster a collaborative team environment
-Develop and manage production budgets to control costs
-Ensure the safety of the production environment and adhere to safety regulations

 
Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
-At least 5 years of experience in jewelry production or operations management
-Strong leadership skills and a collaborative spirit
-Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
-Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in the jewelry industry
