Job Description
A well-established buying office supplying retail products to major supermarkets is looking for a Buyer / Purchasing Officer.
Responsibilities:
Manage and follow up with Japanese suppliers and food manufacturers; Handle relevant paperwork and monitor delivery schedules
Source new products and suppliers based on market needs, and negotiate prices and maintain cost competitiveness
Occasionally business trips for factory audits
Requirements:
Degree holder, with 2-3 years’ experience in purchasing / buying office
Japanese language skills required (JLPT N2 or above preferred)
Fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin
Good in Excel (VLOOKUP & Pivot Table)
Experience using SAP is a plus
Package:
- 5-day work week
- Completive monthly salary (up to 28k depending on experience), plus Year-end bonus
- 12+ days annual leave
