Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for set up, maintenance and configuration of IT infrastructure includes network and hardware
- Perform day-to-day Help-desk support to users, both onsite and remote basis
- Investigate, diagnose and troubleshoot IT related problems
- Perform routine IT operations including system monitoring/ administration, logs review and data backup
- Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors/ contracts to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Work with external vendors for hardware and software evaluation and procurement
- Assist in stock keeping and control of equipment inventory record
- Assist in Roadshow WiFi and Laptop/ Printer device/ Copy machine network support
- Assist in E-mail/ operation system account creates and management
- Management IT vendor, CCTV (office/shop)
- Management domain name account and zoom software about overall software license renew
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma holder or above in Computer Studies, Computer Science or related disciplines
- 1 year of relevant experience in IT infrastructure administration and/or IT support services
- Hands-on experience in supporting end-users in a Windows environment
- Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin (is must)
