IT Support (Welcome Fresh Graduate)

Job Overview

Max Mara Fashion Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Support to join our team in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will provide essential IT support for both our corporate office and retail stores, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

·       Provide remote IT support and onsite services at HK, MA retail shops, warehouse and office

·       Provide remote IT support for SG retail shops and office

·       Perform initial problem diagnosis, remote support, and provide deskside support when necessary

·       Transport to retail stores as needed to address IT-related challenges on-site

·       Maintain and update IT inventory and documentation

·       Install and configure end-user devices and components

·       Assist in training staff on IT systems and tools

·       Assist in any ad-hoc project as assigned

·       Monitor and ensure the security of IT systems and networks

·       Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

·       Diploma in IT/ Computer Science or other qualification in related field

·       Solid Troubleshooting skills and experience preferred; fresh graduates are also welcome

·       Strong knowledge of PC hardware, Windows OS and Mac OS systems, networking, and common software applications

·       Knowledge in TCP/IP, VPN, WAN, LAN is a plus

·       Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

·       Strong communication skills in both English and Cantonese

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team
