Position Overview:

Our client is a leading Real Estate Developer; they are seeking for an IT Support Specialist with experience in providing Level 1 technical support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support of hardware and software, including desktops, network, server, office systems, conference room equipment etc.
• Liaising with vendors for the procurement and maintenance of IT equipment
• Manage IT inventory records for hardware and software
• Assist with IT projects and the implementation of new solutions

Qualifications:

• Higher Diploma in Information Technology or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in PC/LAN technical support and Windows system administration
• Good communications skill and self-motivated
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese

Salary:
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
