Job Description
Direct reporting to the Hong Kong IT Manager. The Officer is fully responsible for the maintaining, implementing IT services in Hong Kong following global, regional and/or local IT policies, and to facilitate and enable business with IT solutions to achieve better performance.

Responsibilities
Monitor network, operation system and surveillance to ensure the stability of service
- Perform technical support on network, system, hardware devices, software and application systems.
- Provide help desk support and solutions to users
- Responsible for the overall in-house and branch sites technical support and maintenance of the network, computer, printer accessories…etc.
- Handle system operation work, e.g. backup, report generation and other system housekeeping work
Requirements
- Certificate / Diploma in Computer or related disciplines
- 1 year related working experience preferred
- Certificate holder for network management is a plus
- Able to handle network support, hardware and software installation, helpdesk support
- Windows platforms, Linux, Firewall and Cisco network environment
- Ad-hoc support is needed during weekend or holidays
