Job Description

IT Support

Responsibilities

• Provide helpdesk support for hardware & software, computer installation & setup, Email setup.

• Maintain IT asset and software licensing inventory and IT knowledge base.

• Troubleshooting and problem solving for both IT Hardware and Applications in a timely manner. Escalate issue and involve experts whenever required in order to resolve issues as quickly as possible.

• Maintenance routine system/data backup.

• Provide technical support and maintenance service to application platforms.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve a wide range of IT problems.

 

 

Job Requirements:

·         Minimum 2+year of relevant work experience.

·         Solid experience with Microsoft O365..

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·         Good command of written and spoken in Chinese and English.

·         Immediate available is highly preferred.
