Respond to IT-related inquiries and provide daily technical support for applications, hardware, software, and networks.

Conduct remote and on-site troubleshooting for IT issues.

Perform system and server administration, including maintenance, backups/restorations, and troubleshooting.

Liaise with vendors for maintenance and service coordination.
-
Assist with IT projects and the implementation of new solutions as needed.

Execute ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:

1-3 years of hands-on experience in technical support and system/network administration.

Higher Diploma or above in Computer Studies or a related field.
-
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.

Strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a proactive attitude.
