Job Description:
• Provide helpdesk support for operating system, software and mobile device setup, basic printer setup and support.
• Basic operation of administration for rack mount network and server equipment.
• Troubleshooting and problem solving for both IT hardware and applications. Escalate issue and involve second-tier support if needed.
• Polycom, Logitech, Maxhub series video conference and phone equipment health check and basic setup.
• Coordinate with IT related project and vendor coordination if needed.
• Assist IT procurement and asset management.
• Prepare IT operation report and documentation.
• Handle ad-hoc IT request.
Requirement:
• High Diploma or above in Computer Science or Information Technology related disciplines.
• 1 years’ or above experience on end user IT support.
• Experience in supporting Microsoft product, eg. Office365, etc.
• Knowledge in networking and server-side infrastructure.
• Good level of knowledge on Desktop OS/application support.
• Good written and verbal communications and soft skill is required
• Cantonese and English communication are required
