IT Support

Job Requirements

-          Higher diploma / associate’s degree / bachelor’s degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other IT-related disciplines.

-          0-3 years of working experience in IT infrastructure, system design and administration, IT support, or other related roles. Fresh graduates who demonstrated potential are welcome.

-          Good knowledge of the Microsoft Eco-system, including SharePoint and Active Directory.

-          Good understanding in the following computer science concepts: operating system, network topology, world wide web, and relational database.

-          Development experience with any programming languages or cloud service providers is highly valuable but not required.

-          Able to work independently with good communication and time management skills.

Job Responsibilities

-          Assist the IT department to introduce and deploy IT initiatives for the company to increase operational efficiency.

-          Assist to maintain and troubleshoot the company on-premises IT infrastructure and the cloud-based no-/low-code ERP platform with the highest availability.

-          Support users to process day-to-day requests and reports encountered with the IT systems.

-          Handle other ad-hoc IT-related tasks as assigned.
