IT Service Project Manager - Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical custom application and ERP projects.

• Oversee all phases of project management, including requirements gathering, system development/configuration, testing, data migration, deployment, and ongoing support.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Steer project teams through the entire lifecycle, from initial vision to successful rollout and post-implementation.

• Mentor and develop team members, championing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualification Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience managing complex IT projects, with a strong focus on custom application and/or ERP implementations.

• Deep understanding of the full system development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Proven track record as a skilled communicator and inspirational leader.

• Experience in the government sector is highly desirable.

• Exceptional leadership and people management capabilities.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Project Management is required.
