Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor IT system health status, network performance and security control 

• Perform IT helpdesk support including handling users’ enquiries, follow-up actions, coordination and escalation 

• Undertake ad-hoc IT related tasks as assigned

 

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Computer Science / Information Technology 

• Experience in computer hardware and system support is an advantage 

• Excellent customer service and communication skills 

• Fresh graduate will also be considered (Candidates with more experience will be considered as senior position)

• Shift duty is required (9:00 – 18:00, 13:30 – 22:30)
