IT Officer

Job Responsibilities：

• Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, and end-user hardware and software issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic networking issues (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi connectivity)
• Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers and peripheral devices
• Support user account setup, permissions, and desktop application issues
• Collaborate with senior IT/networking staff on escalated matters and projects
• Document support activities in ticketing systems; ensure timely resolution and follow-up
• Other duty assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements：

• Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
• At least 3 years' IT support experience
• Basic networking knowledge, good communication skills, and customer-oriented attitude
