IT Officer / IT Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage Information Technology team in Hong Kong, including all offices and warehouses, and provide IT support to corporate users;
• Enhance system serviceability, online stability, provide solutions and troubleshoot hardware and software issues;
• Ensure the development and operation of IT infrastructure are in compliance with the technical, system security and project management standards;
• Liaise with IT service providers / vendors and other third-parties;
• Oversee and determine time frames for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages;
• Communicate and arrange awareness trainings for business users;
• Prepare IT proposal, budget, technical documentation and system specification;
• Formulating IT policies and procedures;
• Hands on experience in API / EDI / SQL / Windows server / VMWare / VSAN, Firewall administration, Systems Tools and Local Systems Infra / application Team;
• Responsible for System HA / DR infrastructure design, implementation and maintenance;
• Understand and satisfy Cyber Security requirements.

Requirements:                 

• Degree holder in Computer Science or Information System;
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in multiple areas of technology, including systems infrastructure and application;
• With strong and broad understanding in multiple technical domains including but not limited to API development and Integration, Business Applications, Microsoft O365, Microsoft Exchange, Network and Firewalls etc;
• A good team player with analytical & problem-solving skills, self-motivation, positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic, able to perform in challenging environment;
• Good knowledge in developing Windows network, Linux and PC infrastructure;
• Strong leadership and management skills, proven ability to manage IT team to achieve timelines and objectives;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• Can work under pressure and fast-paced working environment ;
• Candidate with more experience can be considered as IT Manager.
