Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide on-site technical support at customer offices for all IT-related issues (ITMO), including hardware, software, and networking.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.

Support network infrastructure including routers, switches, wireless access points, and firewalls.
-
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely resolution of technical problems.
-
Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and customer interactions.

Assist in IT asset management and inventory tracking.
-
Provide proactive maintenance and support to minimize downtime and improve system performance.

Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
We are looking for:

Diploma / Certificate or above in IT, Networking, or related disciplines.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on IT support experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.

Solid knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and common business applications.

Experience with network troubleshooting and configuration (LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi).

Familiarity with hardware diagnostics and repair.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese, English, and Mandarin is an advantage.
