IT Manager (Supply Chain Project)

About the Role:

1.Business Requirements Analysis:

• Collaborate with supply chain business departments to gain deep understanding of their needs and processes
• Maintain close communication to gather requirements, identify issues, and provide IT solutions aligned with business objectives

2. System Implementation and Integration:

• Manage supply chain system projects, overseeing implementation and integration efforts
• Collaborate with business departments, manage vendors, and coordinate internal and external resources
• Ensure smooth completion of configuration, testing, deployment, and integration with other systems

3. System Maintenance and Support:

• Take ownership of maintaining and supporting supply chain management systems in daily operations
• Resolve system issues and faults promptly, provide training and support to users, and ensure system proficiency

4. Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to provide insightful analysis and reporting on supply chain data
• Help business departments understand performance, trends, and issues, and provide actionable recommendations

5. Technological Innovation and Improvement:

• Stay updated on emerging IT trends and solutions relevant to supply chain management
• Collaborate with business departments to identify opportunities for efficiency enhancement through system optimization and new technological solutions

 You are the perfect one if you are/have:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Minimum 8 years of relevant project work experience
• Strong understanding of supply chain management fundamentals and business processes
• Familiarity with procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier management concepts
• Proficiency in supply chain-related IT solutions, including ERP, SCM, WMS, TMS, OMS, and other systems
• Experience with information and digital projects in large supply chains
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
