IT Manager/ Senior IT Manager

Key Responsibilities:

System Development & Maintenance

• Lead developers in designing, upgrading, and maintaining the company's system to deliver high-quality services and sulutions.
• Oversee end-to-end IT operations including helpdesk support, data entry processes, backup management, and M365 administration.

Strategic Planning

• Develop and execute annual IT budgets and procurement plans.
• Establish and enforce IT policies (e.g., data security, access control) compliant with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, Personal Data Privacy Ordinance).

Infrastructure & Security

• Manage on-premises/cloud infrastructure (servers, virtualization, and storage) to ensure 99.9% uptime for critical medical systems.
• Implement regular security audits, risk assessments, and disaster recovery drills.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as primary liaison with group IT teams to align local projects with corporate standards.
• Negotiate with vendors for IT solutions (e.g., SaaS, hardware) and manage SLAs.

Leadership and Management

• Mentor a hybrid team of developers and IT support staff, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, and/ or programming, IT operations, and/ or end-user support, with proven expertise in managing technical staff and vendors to deliver enterprise-scale IT services
• Strong problem-solving, management, and analytical skills in areas such as LAN/WAN, Microsoft 365, cloud infrastructure, server and virtualization platforms, storage/container solutions, disaster recovery management, and backup solutions
• Knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, DICOM).
• Holder of certifications such as MCSE, CCNA/CCNP, VMware, public cloud certifications, ITIL will be considered a significant advantage
• Proficiency in diagnosing IT incidents and problems to minimize system downtime and ensure user satisfaction.
• Familiarity with cloud computing, data analytics, and cybersecurity.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
