IT Infrastructure Engineer (Ref: JD_ ITIE_20250509)

Responsibilities:

• Handle infrastructure and network support. Resolve issues end-to-end and ensure documentation is up to date.

• Support and maintain cloud server, local server, network equipment, and backup storage system.

• Monitor system performance (Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, and Cybersecurity). Proactively identify and fix issues before they escalate.

• Ensure the infrastructure aligns with the ISO standard and is compliant with ESG requirements.

• Maintain and regularly test backup and disaster recovery processes in accordance with the ISO standard.

• Keep clear and accurate technical documentation, including system diagrams and service records.

• Contribute to projects as a technical resource, deliver assigned tasks on time and to spec.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a 3rd line support role within a corporate environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of fault resolution.

• Hands-on experience with cloud and virtualised server platform.

• Familiar with tools and environments such as AD, Azure, M365, and AWS.

• Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and strong sense of customer service.

• Willingness to work on on-call rota (including evenings and weekends when necessary).
