Responsibilities

Implement and maintain WAN/LAN networks.

Support and manage web servers.

Configure and manage Linux servers, including firewall and web services.

Diagnose and resolve network issues.

Develop guidelines and procedures for daily network operations.

Monitor network performance and security.
-
Collaborate with team members to enhance network infrastructure.
Requirements
-
Higher Diploma in IT discipline
-
Over 2 years of relevant experience in Network Support preferred, but fresh graduates are also welcome.

Experience with Linux servers (firewall, Samba, Apache, web mail).

Knowledge of network operating systems, equipment, and software.

Familiarity with communication protocols (e.g., TCP/IP).
-
Understanding of Google Workspace and Mobile Device Management (MDM).

Proficient in diagnosing and resolving technical problems.
-
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluent in spoken Cantonese.
