Job Title:  IT Helpdesk Support

Location: Tsim Sha Tsui (Client’s site)

5-Day Work (may take shifts with allowance)

Full time

Key Responsibilities

1. First-Tier IT Helpdesk Support

• Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely and professional manner.

• Escalate complex issues to second-tier support or specialized teams when necessary.

2. Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide support for common applicationssuch as Microsoft Office, email clients, browsers, and internal tools.

• Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

• Training will be provided by the Company or its business partners.

3. Documentation

• Document issues and resolutions clearly in the helpdesk system for tracking and knowledge base purposes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

Diploma or above in Information Technology or a related discipline.

Technical Expertise

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in first-tier IT helpdesk support.
• Basic understanding of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
• Familiarity with common office productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft 365).
• Experience with ticketing systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, Wi-Fi troubleshooting) is beneficial.

   Language Skills

Proficiency in Cantonese and basic written English.
