* Infrastructure Systems Manager / IT Infrastructure Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage global network operations for multicloud, data center, campus, Wi-Fi, MPLS, and voice networks
• Provide Level 2-3 local/global network support for production environments 24/7
• Plan, design, and maintain on-premise and cloud infrastructure
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses for projects aligned with business objectives
• Oversee staff assignments and performance assessments
• Manage service providers to ensure service delivery meets KPIs and SLAs

• Develop a roadmap for Infrastructure and Operations
• Review and improve technology and operational processes

Requirements

• Degree in Computing Science or relevant field
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, with 3 years in a supervisory role
• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL4, CCNP, CISSP, or cloud-related certifications are preferred
• Experience with H3C, Cisco, Aruba, F5, Palo Alto, Fortigate, CheckPoint, and Wi-Fi solutions
• Proficient in Windows, Linux, PowerShell, CloudShell, and hybrid cloud solutions
