Information Technology Officer

A large international group with companies listed in Hong Kong and overseas principally engaged in property investment, property development and food business.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day IT support to the Group
• Perform configuration, troubleshooting, and regular maintenance of computers, servers, gateways, firewalls, access points and other IT devices and equipment
• Propose and implement IT solutions, such as OS and software upgrades, and data security management
• Keep track of all hardware and software licenses and inventory to ensure compliance
• Prepare reports to assist the Group’s IT audit and IT risk management
• Coordinate and liaise with the Group’s IT vendors and suppliers
• Manage staff IT inquiries, provide timely support and facilitate knowledge transfer
• Perform additional duties as assigned, including ad-hoc IT support during events

• Occasional duties outside normal office hours may be required

Requirements: 

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of solid hands-on experience in IT maintenance and support
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Well-versed in MS Office applications and Windows Server environments
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical staff
• Highly self-motivated, responsible, and capable of multitasking effectively
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
