Information Technology Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented candidates to join our dynamic group. The ideal candidate is the key role and contribute to the overall success of our brand in the beauty industry.

Job Scope

• Responsible for the maintenance, development and administration of both internal and external IT systems used by the Group. Including but not limited to POS systems, email & communications, networking, CRM & marketing solutions, websites & e-commerce.
• Manage IT department staff and affairs between Hong Kong & China offices, and provide clear direction to staff
• Work closely with Group executive management to develop & implement strategic technology and business plan
• Manage system implementation support and maintain consistent communication with executive management and end-users to improve productivity of operations
• Oversee implementation of new technologies in order to meet the company’s objectives, support strategic business plans and assist in managing change
• Maintain and enhance where needed enterprise architecture to help align business needs, information, processes, security and infrastructure
• Collaborate with vendors, service providers, consultants and contractors to maintain & enhance IT infrastructure, security and services

Candidate Specifications

• Degree holder in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or related discipline. Additional relevant industry certificates a bonus.
• Minimum 8 years' solid experience in systems and/or network administration of which a minimum 3 years at a management level.
• Practical experience in .Net, C#, SQL Server, XML, enterprise networking, system administration and configuration (i.e. vSphere, Windows Server, Linux administration is an advantage).
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure architecture and management. Experience managing enterprise infrastructure for retil, healthcare/medical or beauty industries is an advantage.
• Self-motivated with strong leadership and team management skills. Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Energetic and with a problem-solving nature. Ability to effectively bridge business needs, directives, and problems with technical solutions
• Possess good Project Management skills and ability to coordinate internal and external parties to deliver to deadlines
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
