Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide desktop support and resolve technical issues from internal parties / colleagues
  • Monitor and maintain server, network, telephone and internet services
  • Monitor IT asset inventory
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties including external vendors for the School’s IT projects
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Essential Qualities

  • High diploma or above in related discipline
  • Good knowledge of IT systems and applications
  • Experience in IT support and help desk services is highly preferred
  • High integrity, pro-active, independent and willing to learn
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome
