About the role

Top Leader Education Limited is seeking an experienced IGCSE/IB Science tutor to join our team on a contract basis. This role is located in Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Tsim Mong District and involves providing high-quality tutoring services to students preparing for their IGCSE and IB exams.

What you'll be doing

  • Delivering engaging and effective IGCSE/IB Science tutoring sessions to small groups of students
  • Developing and adapting lesson plans to cater to the individual needs and learning styles of each student
  • Providing regular feedback and progress updates to students and their families
  • Collaborating with the wider education team to ensure consistency and quality of tutoring services
  • Participating in training and professional development opportunities to continually enhance your teaching skills

    • What we're looking for

  • Strong academic background in Science, with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience in IGCSE/IB Science tutoring, with a track record of helping students achieve excellent exam results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students
  • Thorough understanding of IGCSE and IB curriculum and assessment requirements
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to teaching, with the ability to tailor your style to the needs of each student
  • Passion for education and a commitment to helping students reach their full potential
