Job Description
Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with the Group's Government and Enterprise departments to carry out integrated product co-creation work for IDC products both domestically and internationally.
2. Collaborate with provincial branches and key cities to achieve IDC customer projects both domestically and internationally.
3. Collaborate with departments inside and outside the company to carry out IDC-specific business analysis, market management, promotion, and business compliance.
4. Collaborate with internal departments to manage IDC-related contracts and compliance matters.
5. Collaborate with network, innovation, and cloud departments to complete IDC-related project initiation, innovation management, and product network quality assurance tasks.
6. Collaborate with frontline sales departments to provide marketing support for IDC products, including list-based clients and critical projects.
7. Assume responsibility for IDC product revenue and profit targets, allocate internal targets, review, report, and execute them.
8. Organize the center to conduct IDC product system design and IDC product business process management.
9 Product Empowerment Management (Guide the IDC product team to establish a digital empowerment system tool, including the integration of domestic and international IDC processes and system implementation, as well as the unified system management of global IDC resources within the cloud-network maintenance system)
10. Collaborate with departmental price management and product empowerment efforts, reviewing IDC product pricing, marketing content, and training/examination materials.
11. Global IDC Business Management (Guide the IDC product team to establish and iteratively optimize the IDC full-stack service product system, organize global resource pre-deployment work, and achieve the company's IDC development goals)
12. Guide the team in decomposing organizational performance goals, compiling detailed rules, and completing performance evaluation operations.
13. Guide the team in completing other departmental tasks.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
2. Over 8 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with prior experience in IDC product development, project management, and resource negotiation preferred.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin; proficiency in Cantonese is a plus;
4. Strong communication and negotiation skills, along with rigorous logical thinking abilities. Must be able to maintain efficient and professional collaboration with internal and external teams, and possess strong stress tolerance.
