I.T. Officer/ Senior I.T. Officer

Responsibilities

• Perform daily system monitoring, troubleshooting, operation tasks, system administration and performance optimization
• Install, configure, maintain server hardware and software, and maintenance of networks and security
• Participate in system infrastructure design and enhancements
• Assist to administrate the development, operation, testing and evaluation of ERP projects and other system applications.
• Manage project timeline and achieve scheduled tasks.
• Organize regular trainings for users and prepare related system documentation, test plan and related training materials to relevant parties.
• Any other duties as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Higher diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• At least 5 years relevant experience
• Solid experience with design, implementation and support on Window Server, Active Directory, Cisco, network infrastructure, firewall devices
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is preferable
• Well-organized, mature, sense of responsibility with good team spirit
• Occasional travel is required
