Responsibilities:
- Handling full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, employee relations, employee retention and employee engagement.
- All HR activities to ensure timely and positive resolution to both HR opportunities/improvements as well as workforce issues and concerns.
- Provide full spectrum of office administration and administrative support including complex diary management, travel arrangements, and correspondence handling with utmost discretion.
- Provide full spectrum of Personal and family support the CEO and household management.
- Responsible for managing appointments, administration, and household management, supporting 100% in personal affairs for the family members.
- Assist for family support, working closely with the workers, drivers, helpers and private tutor.
- Manage household administrative matters including hiring of helpers and drivers, issuing salaries and maintenance of their contracts and insurances.
- Assist for kid's arrangement, such as school activities, after school tutor, enrolment etc.
- Assist in managing household matters, such as upkeep of the residential premises and cars, including but not limited to renovations, repairs, maintenance, insurance and registration renewals.
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in handling all rounded Human Resources / Administrative functions / Personal Manager / EA or preferably in Financial Industry / Chinese company.
- Possess excellent knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance and other related statutory regulations.
- Excellent communication and organization skills; proactive, self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require quick responses or turnarounds.
- Strong excel skills essential - VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot tables etc.
- Logical thinker with the ability to create solutions to problems.
- Strong resourceful, emotionally intelligent, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
- Well organized, detail oriented, meticulous with excellent time management; Trustworthy, discreet, respectful of privacy and able to handle multi-tasks;
- Professional, able to handle sensitive and confidential information, forward-thinking and reliable.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin is required.
- Immediate available is highly preferred
