Job Responsibilities
-
Responsible for the day-to-day all round HR operations including recruitment, payroll and MPF administration

Manage compensation and benefits.

Lead the review, formulation and implementation of HR policies and practices

Prepare HR reports for management
-
·Assist in the formulation of staff relations programs and employee communication
-
Review and enhance the performance management system to differentiate performance levels to drive, identify and reward the performance
-
Assist in the ad-hoc projects delegated by supervisor
Requirements
-
Degree holder, major in Human Resources Management preferred
-
Over 8 years experience in HR Generalist role with at least 3 years’ supervisory experience
-
Well versed in employment ordinances, taxation, MPF and other legal regulations
-
Strategic and hands-on, with the ability to develop and execute HR strategy and operations
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
-
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge in Putonghua is preferred
-
Strong sense of responsibility with proven ability to work under pressure
-
Able multi-task, capable of working independently as well as in a team
-
Details oriented, strong in managing numerical data and reports
-
Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills
