Job Description

Job Duties : 

  • Responsible for performing the full spectrum of HR function including recruitment, compensation and benefits ;
  • Handle office administration duties such as monthly billing, office repair & maintenance, IT services arrangement ;
  • Administer company insurance policies (e.g., medical, labor, and vehicle insurance).
  • Perform reception duties when required;

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related disciplines;
  • Minimum of 4 years' relevant experience;
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Labor Ordinances and other regulations;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and Chinese word Processing.
