Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, and staff activities
- Manage and execute the entire employee lifecycle documentation processing
- Maintain HR database and update staff leave and attendance records
- Participate in UAT for HRIS implementation
- Provide administrative support and other ad-hoc assignment as required
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- At least 3-5 years’ relevant experience in all rounded Human Resources & administrative functions
- Familiar with Employment Ordinance and related legislation in HK
- Independent, detail-minded, mature and pleasant with strong inter-personal skills
- Experience in HRIS is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediate availability would be a definite advantage
