Human Resources Admin Officer

We are seeking a motivated and dependable HR Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with 1-2 years of work experience in human resources. The HR Executive will play a vital role in supporting our HR functions, ensuring smooth operations, and fostering a positive work environment.

Daily Duties

• HR Policy Support: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Employee Support: Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, providing accurate information and guidance.

• Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

• Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors for HR-related services, including recruitment agencies, training providers, and employee benefits, ensuring effective service delivery and support.

• Operations Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient HR operations and contribute to a supportive workplace environment.

• Reception Support: Provide reception support to create a welcoming atmosphere for candidates and visitors, ensuring a great first impression of the organization.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of work experience in HR is preferred, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Mature, dependable, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with HR software or systems is a plus.
