Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide office general admin support, handling incoming mails, office equipment maintenance, vendors searches, licences renewal, ordering office supplies, control of stationery stock
  • Maintain documentations records inclusive personnel records and employee information, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Assist in the monthly payroll process, including data entry, verifying timesheets, and preparing relevant reports with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Support C&B tasks (MPF, tax filings, insurance renewals).
  • Greeting visitors and answering phone calls
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires by preparing paperwork and workstations
  • Assist with travel bookings and itinerary planning for staff
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports in a timely manner
  • Liaise and coordinate with Company Secretary and Solicitors
  • Support Top Management with ad-hoc projects and tasks

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in an HR or administrative or assistant role
  • Strong organisational skills, multitasking abilities and capable of meeting deadlines
  • Detail-Minded, positive work attitude, self-disciplined with strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficient in using MS Office, HR and office productivity software
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislation
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
