Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To handle daily office administration affairs including office supplies procurement, repair & maintenance
  • Assist team head to handle sensitive and confidential information including but not limited to recruitment, payroll & compensation, medical insurance and staff activities
  • Perform other Ad Hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High Diploma or Degree holder preferably major in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
  • Hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Good analytical & interpersonal skills, well organized and attention to details
  • Good team player and capable of communicating with all levels
  • Willing to thrive in a small team
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
