Job Description
Responsibilities:

Lead HR planning, recruitment, performance management, and staff development initiatives;

Ensure full compliance with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF, and other statutory regulations;

Manage payroll, MPF, taxation, and employee benefits administration;
-
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook;
-
Manage company licenses, insurance, and statutory filings;
-
Maintain a well-organized filing system for HR and company documents;
-
Able to independently handle a full set of accounting operations, including preparing book-keeping records and maintaining General Ledger and Accounts;
-
Capable in performing accounting duties including month-end closing, reconciliation of bank accounts, etc;
-
Assist in other ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements:
-
Diploma holder in Human Resources Management / Account or related disciplines;
-
Minimum 8 years of solid hands-on Human Resources experience and Accounting with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.;

HR generalist role in the hospitality / F&B industry is preferred;

Maintain the full set of accounts independently and work under tight deadlines during month-end closing;

Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF Schemes and other employment-related legislation;
-
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin);

Good computer knowledge of MS Office applications;
-
Strong sense of confidentiality, responsibility and commitment;
-
Excellent leadership, planning, and interpersonal skills;
-
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
