1. Provide strategic leadership in defining the commercial path to growth and profitability of the company and the establishment of an effective growth and ensure that commercial strategy is developed and delivered in accordance with the requirements of the business objective.
2. Responsible for overseeing on the process of sales, marketing, that required to ensure that all commercial aspects are properly managed and controlled
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Lead and drive the performance of the commercial team by provide an assistance support, and guidance on all commercial issues to ensure that commercial staff attain their maximum potential high quality commercial activities with maximum quality, service, and profitability for the organization
● Responsibility for all commercial activity with direct oversight of Sales, Marketing.
● Lead and provide direction for the sales lifecycle process from establishing initial relationships, to generating proposals, to finalizing contracts and coordinating with the relate parties to ensure customer deliverables are appropriately defined and consistently delivered
● Lead Marketing to support revenue generation and brand awareness goals aligned with the strategic objectives of the company
● Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs, developing field sales action plans
● Hands on opportunity to resolve problems and identify opportunities to meet marketing and sales targets, financial objectives by forecasting for growth
● Lead and provide direction for customer relationships, identifying opportunities for new contracts and take ownership of the customer and the customer interface with the product or service offering by establishing a positive customer experience
● Represent the company in Activities, conferences, and other public activities to build awareness and understanding of Dentsply Sirona ’s full product suite and competitive differentiation
● Develop and expand the commercial knowledge of the commercial team and proactively pursue strong positive relationships with direct reports while implementing an appropriate culture of accountability.
● Works with other department heads to determine company goals and KPIs and provide support and coordination to peers on the implementation of company policies, programs and initiatives required of his/her involvement
● Ensures compliance with corporate guidelines, procedures, and standards
● Perform any other related duties as specified by the GM, Group Vice President, and CEO
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Education
University graduate preferable
Knowledge of the dental / healthcare markets preferred
Experience
Minimum four years of experience in manager’s positions such as Commercial
Manager and / or Marketing, Sales Manager, Marketing and Sales Manager, Logistics
of Dental products for human consumption
Experience working in a multinational company preferred but not essential
Specific Knowledge /skills
Strong commercial leader (establish clear targets, incentives, accountabilities)
Conflict resolution skills in complex management organization
Entrepreneurial skills (identify & capitalize on new opportunities)
Management of a team of quantity surveyors, costing staff and project planners
Experience managing sales team and delivering high quality customer service.
Effective communication and strategic thinking.
Strong planning, negotiation, and decision-making capacity.
Ability to solve problems efficiently
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
Ability to effectively priorities a busy workload and meet project deadlines
