Job Description:

  • Coordinate with both internal technical support teams and external vendors for scheduled IT support activities;
  • Communicate with customers, support teams and operators in order to deliver onsite IT work;
  • Provide daily IT helpdesk support to in-house end-users;
  • Perform routine IT operations such as inventory management, computer setup, software installation, printer and network configuration/troubleshooting.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Certificate or above in computer related subject;
  • Experience in supporting end-users in Windows environment;
  • With good analytical & problem-solving skills, self-motivation and good interpersonal skills;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • At least 1 year’s working experience in technical support role would be an advantage;
  • Immediate available is an advantage.
