Job Description:
- Coordinate with both internal technical support teams and external vendors for scheduled IT support activities;
- Communicate with customers, support teams and operators in order to deliver onsite IT work;
- Provide daily IT helpdesk support to in-house end-users;
- Perform routine IT operations such as inventory management, computer setup, software installation, printer and network configuration/troubleshooting.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Certificate or above in computer related subject;
- Experience in supporting end-users in Windows environment;
- With good analytical & problem-solving skills, self-motivation and good interpersonal skills;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
- At least 1 year’s working experience in technical support role would be an advantage;
- Immediate available is an advantage.
