Head of Property Management - Commercial Property

NES Fircroft is partnering with a well-known conglomerate for Head of Property Management position in Hong Kong. You will be the in charge person to ensure their day-to-day operation and management, including budget control, soft and hard services. Sitting in the HQ, you will be leading a team ensure the high service level to the tenants. Maintaining sound relationship with internal and external stakeholders is expected too.

Requirements

• Degree in Property Management or related disciplines
• Member of professional organisations with at least 20 years of experience in property management, 10 years of which at managerial level
• Good PC skills in MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word-processing etc
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
