Job Description
We’re looking for a driven and strategic Business Development professional to spearhead client engagement, accelerate revenue growth, and cultivate long-term partnerships. This role demands outstanding interpersonal skills, a sharp understanding of client dynamics, and a proven ability to close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio and drive sustainable growth
- Lead client negotiations with a focus on mutually beneficial outcomes and revenue optimization
- Present and articulate the company’s solutions to address client needs and deliver actionable insights
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients and key decision-makers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and legal teams to ensure alignment and enhance client experience
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms to elevate brand presence
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of successful experience in B2B sales or client-facing roles, ideally within FinTech, Cyber Security, RegTech, or Financial Services
- Strong business acumen with a well-established network across Hong Kong and Mainland China
- Familiarity with Financial Crime, Cyber Security AML, Virtual Assets, Payment Solutions, and the broader FSI landscape is highly advantageous
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities
- Confidence in representing the company at senior-level meetings and public forums
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills to navigate complex deal structures and client challenges
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
