Job Description

We’re looking for a driven and strategic Business Development professional to spearhead client engagement, accelerate revenue growth, and cultivate long-term partnerships. This role demands outstanding interpersonal skills, a sharp understanding of client dynamics, and a proven ability to close high-value deals. 


Key Responsibilities 

    Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio and drive sustainable growth
    Lead client negotiations with a focus on mutually beneficial outcomes and revenue optimization
    Present and articulate the company’s solutions to address client needs and deliver actionable insights
    Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients and key decision-makers
    Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and legal teams to ensure alignment and enhance client experience
    Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms to elevate brand presence

Qualifications & Requirements 

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline
    Minimum 3 years of successful experience in B2B sales or client-facing roles, ideally within FinTech, Cyber Security, RegTech, or Financial Services
    Strong business acumen with a well-established network across Hong Kong and Mainland China
    Familiarity with Financial Crime, Cyber Security AML, Virtual Assets, Payment Solutions, and the broader FSI landscape is highly advantageous
    Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities
    Confidence in representing the company at senior-level meetings and public forums
    Strong analytical and interpersonal skills to navigate complex deal structures and client challenges
    Proficiency in spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
