About Our Company

China Great Wall AMC (International) Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Great Wall International Holdings") was established in January 1993. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of China Great Wall based in Hong Kong. Great Wall International Holdings holds three subsidiaries including Great Wall Pan Asia Holdings Limited (Stock Code: HK.583), Great Wall Pan Asia Asset Management Limited (licensed for Type 9 regulated activities by the SFC), and Great Wall Pan Asia (Shenzhen) International Investment Co., Ltd. (based in Shenzhen).

Great Wall International Holdings specializes in non-performing asset management business, primarily covering three areas: acquisition and disposal of non-performing assets, substantive restructuring, and licensed business operations. Focusing on distressed assets and troubled enterprises, the company addresses non-performing loan disposal, corporate rescue, real estate risk mitigation, and capital market risk resolution. Providing clients with tailored, integrated financial services by leveraging comprehensive methods such as non-performing asset acquisition and substantive restructuring.

About the role

Position：Graduate Trainee （Assistant Manager）

Joining our program, you will：

In the one-year training program, we will provide diverse opportunities for young talents aspiring to enter the non-performing asset management industry. Through a comprehensive on-the-job training program, you will have the chance to rotate across various departments and engage in different projects. These projects will involve conducting market research, performing due diligence, conducting financial analysis and valuation, designing deal structures, and monitoring the investment process. This will allow you to acquire in-depth knowledge of the non-performing asset management industry and develop expertise in asset management. By the end of the program, you will be assigned to one of our business departments based on your performance and capabilities.

Requirements：

• Graduate in 2025.
• Bachelor or above in Science & Engineering, Economics, Finance, Law, Accounting, Asset Valuation, Mathematics, Computer Science, or relevant field. Combined background in Science & Engineering and Economics/Finance, or those holding relevant professional certifications are preferred.
• Proactive attitude with good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.

岗位：毕业培训生（助理经理级）

在为期一年的培训计划中，我们将为有志于进入不良资产行业的年轻人提供多样化的机会。通过全面的在职培训计划，您将有机会在不同部门间轮岗并参与不同的项目。这些项目将涉及市场调研、尽职调查、财务分析和估值、设计交易结构以及监督投资过程。这将使您能够深入了解不良资产行业，并培养资产管理方面的专业知识。在培训计划结束时，我们将根据您的表现和能力分配至某个业务部门。

条件要求:

1.毕业时间为2025年1月1日至12月31日。

2.本科及以上学历，理工类、经济类、金融类、法律类、财务会计类、资产评估类、数学类、计算机类等相关专业，理工类与经济金融类复合专业背景或有各类专业资格证书者优先考虑；

3.具备良好的中英文书面及口头表达能力。
